The first time I encountered something Nanushka was three or four years ago when I still worked part time at a local womenswear boutique…
Nanushka was the new girl in class — shining, exciting, and dazzling despite arriving at the boutique squished gridlock-style in a cardboard shipping box with cheap plastic hangers. I had never heard of the Budapest-based contemporary womenswear brand before, but if there’s one thing that I remember about Nanushka, it’s the brand’s quality and unexpected details found in every garment.
Founded in 2005 by Sandra Sandor, Nanushka offers easy-to-wear (read: comfortable) garments that exude confidence and subtle femininity for all of my fellow female-identifying humans who don’t enjoy putting too much effort into getting dressed. And in case you’re wondering where you can find the brand yourself, Nanushka has recently launched on Net-A-Porter with their Resort 2018 collection.
